The Quality Worklife-Quality Healthcare Collaborative (QWQHC) is pleased to announce that Kelly Grimes has agreed to manage the QWQHC secretariat. With 20 years of experience in the policy, research and management fields in health care, Kelly has a strong understanding of the health system and its interactions at all levels of care and service. She is a consultant who has done extensive research and writing for clients such as the QWQHC, the Conference Board of Canada (CBoC), Accreditation Canada, Canadian Health Leadership Network, Canadian Policy Research Networks (CPRN), Canadian Institute for Health Information (CIHI), and Health Canada. She was formerly the Director of Research and Development at Accreditation Canada.

The Steering Committee and Kelly are in the process of developing plans to best support QWQHC through its current funding phase (March, 2012), and we look forward to sharing details with you as they emerge. In the meantime, please make sure you note March 1st and 2nd 2012 for our next Summit, which is being designed as a celebration of all we have accomplished together over the past years – details to follow!
