Our Mission:

The Quality Worklife-Quality Healthcare Collaborative is a national coalition of health system leaders working together to develop and promote an integrated action strategy that will improve the health of healthcare workplaces in order to improve patient care.

Our Shared Belief:

A fundamental way to better healthcare is through healthier healthcare workplaces. It is unacceptable to fund, govern, manage, work in, or receive care in an unhealthy healthcare workplace.
