WHY DOES QUALITY OF WORKLIFE IN HEALTHCARE MATTER?
To improve patient/client safety and quality of care because healthy providers working in healthy work environments deliver better healthcare. To support health system sustainability and performance because healthy work environments experience higher retention and recruitment rates and lower costs related to absenteeism and turnover.
